Ok, after the last update which I did on the June 26th or so I've had NO sleep updates? I've reset/rebooted my watch restarted the app, etc. Still no updates?

I appreciate your participation in the Forums and sharing that your Fitbit Versa stopped tracking your sleep after the last update. Thanks so much for taking the time to troubleshoot this issue. I recommend doing the following:
1. Please confirm the steps you took to restart your device: How do I restart my Fitbit device?
2. Try sleeping with the watch on your non-dominant hand if you haven't been doing it already
3. Confirm that the watch is snug on your wrist (the HR lights shouldn't be visible)
4. Be sure to keep your app up-to-date. In order to update your app you can follow the steps provided here.
It is possible to manually log sleep to reflect the time slept. See instructions in this help article: How do I change my sleep history?

None of your suggestions work. The tracking of my sleep cycle seemed to work the majority of the time before the last update. So to sum it up... Yes I rebooted the watch, yes I made sure it was tight, yes the app is up to date, yes I tried my non-dominant hand. I will reverify the above again over the next few days. The sleep tracking was the ONLY reason why I bought this expensive watch. If I wanted just date/time I could have gotten that for only $30.

I appreciate your time and efforts trying to resolve the issue. I totally understand how you are feeling as you purchased the device to track your sleep and would like to use all the functions without any issues. Please monitor your device and let me know if you continue experiencing difficulties. I also recommend confirming that your app is up to date since a new update has been released recently.
