No sound coming through headphones when connected with Spotify on Versa.

I finally got around to connecting my Spotify to my Versa today, but although the music is "playing", no sound is coming through my wireless headphones.

I've disconnected and re-connected multiple times, have reset the watch and reset the headphones but still no sound. The volume is definitely up, and the headphones definitely aren't paired to anything else.

Help!

same thing here.headphones are paired and music plays from my phone not the headphones.
