My steps do not show. Nothing does only calories yet it’s set to reflect it all.

Same for my Versa 2. Last synced on Dec 29th. Now it just shows calories and nothing else

Hi. I did 3 support calls. Got nowhere. It has now started to track again but all previous data is gone. Have you tried supoort messaging maybe you’ll get someone who can help.
