I have been having issue with my original unit, the solution from Fitbit was to send me a so called new device.

when I finally got the device it had some small scratches on the back and did not look new.

i charged the device and paired and was excited to have a device again. The battery on this so called new device lasted less than 24 hours.

and now it last less then 12hrs.

i have reached out for support and help and instead have revived more stress.

can someone please tell me how to get a full refund! Disgusted by the support! 

Will not buy or recommend anyone buy this device . Has added more stressful
