No sync after changing time zone and country-Versa

I flew from Qatar where I set up the Versa to be UK and now my versa and the Fitbit app on my phone won't sync. 

I have also changed SIM card in my phone but have updated my phone that it is a trusted number

I am not sure if the change of sim card woukd affect it or not, but Id suggest you restart the Versa several times, then go to your phones bluetooth settings and remove the Versa (unpair), turn bluetooth off and restart the phone. Then turn blutooth back on and go to your app and try syncing again. Let us know if that helps.
