No text notifications and unable to swipe screen

  • A few weeks ago my Versa 2 stopped providing text notifications and yesterday my watch was mostly not allowing me to swipe up from the main screen to look at my quick settings or swipe left to look over the apps.

Just called support...we tried everything that the Help link showed and still wasn't working.  Lastly, we uninstalled the app on my phone and then reinstalled and everything works fine now.
