No text notifications on Versa 2

I’ve looked through all of the topics regarding this, and tried all the solutions, going through privacies and notifications, but it’s still not working.

I can’t get any text messages or iMessages to appear on my Versa 2 in any capacity. I’ve never received any text notifications - I put it down to me having an iPhone, but apparently it’s still supposed to show up?

like I said, I’ve changed all of my settings and nothing has worked.

Hi @Littleleah2  read this article for directions - click to go there. Your iphone must have a minimum of iOS 13, too.

That’s the everything I said. I’d found that article the other day and went through every step, but still nothing.

Welcome to the Fitbit Community, @Littleleah2 and thanks for the heads up @Odyssey13

Thank you for following the steps of the article that @Odyssey13 suggested. May I know if you're able to receive other types of notifications, such as calls, calendar, or apps? If so, please make sure the Do Not Disturb settings are off in your phone and Versa 2. Also, go to your phone's settings, tap on Notifications > Text messages and enable the three options under alerts.

I'd recommend the following steps:

  1. Open the Fitbit app and tap on your profile's settings > Versa 2's icon > Notifications.
  2. When prompted, proceed to pair your Fitbit device via Bluetooth.

I hope this information helps.
