No text or call notification on versa 2 from pixel 4 xl

I am not receiving any text or call notification on my Versa 2 from my pixel 4 xl.

The versa 2 synched and was set up properly with the app.

Any ideas?

It's probably because your phone is not on the Approved Devices list.

How can a company not have the latest flagship phone from Google not as an approved device. Wow.

Your response should not be considered ANSWERED and this questions closed. I contacted Fitbit and it's a know issue that they said they are working on. Your answer was incorrect. Maybe someone besides you actually has an answer.
