No text/whatsapp notifications coming through on versa

Can anyone help? My text and whats app notifications have stopped coming through on my versa. Ive checked all settings on the app, my phone settings and the settings on the actual fitbit as well as disconnecting the versa and restarting my phone. Not sure what to do next

Click on my signature "Fitbit help" link and scroll to the bottom and choose "Let's Talk"

That will get you connected with a customer support representative.
