Hi,
I have placed an order for Fitbit versa3 from Fitbit India online store. https://store-in.fitbit.com
While placing the order it said it will ship within 24 hours. It’s been a week and it is not shipped yet. When I enquire it raises a ticket and Fitbit support provides a standard response that they will notify when the order ships. They are not even providing estimate by when it will be shipped. There is no number to call. How do I track my order?Also there is no option to cancel. Please help asap.

You might have received a tracking number with the confirmation
Tap the top right ccmorner, then tap Contact support. Google cam gov a few phone numbers.
