No update option for Versa Lite/Spotify can't be downloaded

Hello,

I would like to update my firmware on my Versa Lite but I do not have the option to do so on the Fitbit app on my android phone. (I cannot seem to access the Windows 10 app either from the Microsoft store).

My Fitbit app version is the latest one "3.24".

The current firmware on my Versa Lite watch is "38.33.1.30" and not the latest "38.6.1.1" (according to Fitbit: https://help.fitbit.com/articles/en_US/Help_article/2047)

I have tried restarting both my phone and watch. Also tried pairing and unpairing but nothing resolved the issue.

I haven't used my watch for a while (as the firmware shows) and so I presumed that upon turning it on and pairing it, the latest firmware would have been waiting for me via the Fitbit app.

I'm guessing due to this old firmware on my Versa Lite, Spotify is unable to be installed. When I try to do so via the Fitbit app on my phone it says "To install this app, make sure the Fitbit app on your phone and your Fitbit device have the latest update". (My Fitbit app is at it's latest version, but again, my Versa Lite is not).

How long do I have to wait for the Fitbit app to notify me that an update is available for the Versa Lite at this point? Shouldn't it be automatic as many firmware iterations have passed since "38.33.1.30" (which is wear my watch is at right now). ?

Please advise,
