Hi
It is the latest version.
Check here
In the phone Fitbit App Click on profile photo [top left] Device photo [middle left] You should have 7 tiles at the tope, one of which is voice assistant? |

Thanks for the feedback try this if you have an Android phone.
In the Fitbit app, logout
In Android phone Settings Apps Fitbit clear Fitbit storage cache [not data] force Fitbit shutdown [though it doesn't seem to fully go away] Login to the App |
Does that restore the missing tile?

Yes, it is odd.
Try reinstalling the Fitbit app though,
Probably best to contact Fitbit Support directly. They may be able to help you.

I'm also in the Netherlands. My Versa 3 is also missing the voice assistant tile.
As far as I know the Google Assistant has not been released for the Dutch language yet.
You may get it to work after changing the language and location in:
Account - App settings
I don't know for what languages the Assistant has been released. For sure English with a location US or UK should work.

@chielmi That is true, however it comes with Alexa everywhere, so the tile should still be there at least.
@JennyPark37 Simulation of America and American is required everywhere for the Google Assistant setup. Afterwards the Google Assistant language can be more flexible.

For me Alexa is also not showing. As far as I've read both voice assistant cannot be used in Dutch yet, so they are not visible when the location and language were set to Netherlands / Dutch.

Do you have the tile? I get it when I switch location to UK but like @Guy_ said for Standard Alexa I don 't see the time in the first place..

You should always have the Tile for Voice Assistant because of Alexa being present. Even my wife has the Alexa tile for her Versa 2 in the Fitbit App.

Neither do I. This tile does not seem to be available for the Netherlands location and/or the Dutch language.
When switching my location to the US the tile becomes visible!
I'm not 100% sure what this location is used for in the app, so I reverted it back to the Netherlands for now.
