My Versa fitbit stopped tracking my heartrate and sleep after updating on June 26 around noon. I can see where I had a heart rate (beating nicely, tyvm!) at noon then after the update a flatline. My heart was still beating after June 26, I assure you.
After reading threads, I have tried restart, uninstalling the phone app and reinstalling, turning off every setting then turning back on one by one.
Factory reset may be next but, from the threads I have read that may or may not work There is also no guarantee that if factory reset does work, that the darn thing will revert back to not working correctly at any time.
Also very curious that there are sooo many complaints about the same thing and absolutely no sound from Fitbit.
IF ANYONE FIGURES OUT A SOLUTION PLEASE POST DETAILS. You will be a god!
