I paid for a watch face could not get it installed! I contacted the designer they referred me to Fitbit customer service!! They would not help me either! Beware of the paid watch faces they don’t work!! They took my money and I have nothing but excuses and problems!!

Hi @tweetyholly123 - unfortunately Fitbit customer service can't really help with third party clock faces.
There are also plenty of good free clock faces in the gallery.
The issue with not being able to install a clock might be easily resolvable, if you post here more details of what's happening.

@tweetyholly123- Ok, it could be a corruption in the Fitbit app.
To clear it, clear the Fitbit App cache and force stop it.
You may even have to logout of the App and restart the phone and try installing the watch face again.

Don't give up. Try loading any other free clock face and see if you succeed.
It will probably have the same issue?
