Hi, I could not find this app in the All apps list of Fitbit. If you want this app to be supported by Fitbit, I advice you to post your request in the Feature Suggestions Board . On the right side you'll see: "Make a new suggestion" , click that and place your request. You also can contact Customer Support about this issue.

Hello,
looks like this is a bigger problem and Noom support are not so helpful. I found a work around which is solution for iphone users. (Im sorry Android). First of all we need to download app called Power Sync for Fitbit. This will allow us to sync fitbit with Health App. When connected and sync to avoid double step counting we need to gonto Health App under Activities chose Steps then sources and move tabs so Power App is at tge first place. And then we go to Noom. Conect it with Health and chose this app as step source. For me works 🙂
Amazing thank you 🙏
i spent all day frustrated with this yesterday as I just got my Fitbit after signing up with Noom and it stopped working yesterday. It’s been bad syncing from get to, but worked with Apple Health perfectly. I paid for the auto sync who knows. This app was free, so it’s crummy but a cheap $2.79 app purchase fixed it for me too.
Best AnswerLooks like Noom had an update yesterday. Today my Fitbit steps started syncing again. Thank you to everyone for your help!

Best AnswerHi Pemkad, I am trying your idea of the Power Sync appl but I'm not sure what you mean about going into to the Health appl and switching places. Can you explain a little further. Thank you much.
Best AnswerHello,
Open Health App. Click on the Activities (the one with bicycle) scroll
until you find tab with steps. Click on it and scroll down untill you find
data sources. When it opens first you have list of apps able to read data
and then apps able to write data. On the top right corner you will click
edit. The in the section of apps able to write data on right side will show
little lines. Plase your finger on the lines next to Poer Sync and shift to
to the top of the list.
