I upgraded from a Charge2 to a Versa. I cannot get the Versa to get call notifications. It gets messages, emails all notifications except calls. I have set all the notifications on my phone (Pixel XL) to on and also on the Versa. Still doesn't work. The Charge2 worked great with notifications. My husband also got a Versa and he has a Samsung S5. All notifications work on his Versa except for the calls. Any suggestions would be appreciated .

Check this video out at 5:02 min it shows what to do to recieve call notification. Hope it helps. And on your phone go in the settings>apps>fitbit>app permission and make sure phone is turned on.

For Samsung phones I have found that "auto time" was turned off in the phone settings. This is under date and time. I had this same problem, I received all notifications but not phone calls. Once "auto time " was turned on I started to receive calls on the watch. No resets or other voodoo needed. Good luck. It has worked for others as well.

If you are not getting call notifications on your Versa, from your phone, I'd like you to take a look at the troubleshooting in this help article: My Fitbit device isn't receiving notifications from my phone. And also, if you have a Samsung phone, try the tip that @Versa-tility posted above.
