I just got a Versa and wanted to set up the Uber app. I installed it and then go to Settings to login to my Uber account and when I click on “login” nothing happens. I’ve tried:
1) Updating the Fitbit app
2) Updating the Uber app
3) Restarting my iPhone
4) Restarting my Fitbit
5) Uninstalling and reinstalling the Fitbit app
NONE OF IT WORKED!
I spent 30 minutes on chat with a Fitbit customer service person and have read all of the troubleshooting pages, and have read the post about this issue from 6 months ago with 30 replies and tried the “solution” provided there. Still nothing. Needless to say I’m frustrated at this point and have spent far too much time on this. Any help would be appreciated. I wish I could include a picture but the mobile version of this page doesn’t allow it. 😞

I just got my versa. I am in a infinite loop trying to set up uber. I have it running in the background on my phone logged in, and I have installed the uber app multiple times on my versa watch. but the watch says "goto settings and log in" and in settings when I hit login, it jumps to a web browser which says do you want to log in in the fit bit app? and if I say yes, it loops me back to the start. if I say cancel, it leaves me at a blank white screen.
so entirely unable to get uber to work. uninstalled and reinstalled, but to no effect. running v 10.
suggestions?

I also have this same issue and have tried everything. Super frustrated
