I am not able to receive any text message on the versa special edition. I called support was on the phone for a hour, everything is checked off, settings are right installed/ resyned blah blah.. the gentleman( was very helpful) I spoke with told at the end, there was nothing I could do. and I have wait till Fitbit figures it out.... I said I bought this for 300 and the feature advertised is not available?? why can I can phone calls, but no texts?? I want a refund if this is the case.... anyone else have this problem. ????? not a happy customer this watch is 2 days old........ send me a new or ? come Fitbit you can do better than this no?
