Not able to reply to text via microphone on Versa 2....2nd one.

This is my second Versa 2 and when it works correctly I really like it. My original one was about 3 or 4 weeks old when intermittently it wouldn't allow me to reply to text via microphone. Settings were correct. It just kept getting worse so I did a live chat and during the instructions from the customer service person I received the death red X in a red circle. They quickly sent me a new one, minus band which I understand, but this second stopped allowing me to reply to text via microphone and only gives me pre-made  text responses. I reset to factory defaults, uninstalled the app on my phone and then powered off then back on. I reinstalled the fitbit app and went step by step through the instructions as twice before. This did not help. I want to keep the fitbit but am a little frustrated. I gave my wife a Versa2 at the end of October and now her's is starting to do something similar. I hope someone contacts me and / or someone here can help. Thanks, Rick

@Ricko1 Can you please share your phone model, OS, Versa's firmware version and fitbit mobile app version?

I'm using a Samsung 9 plus. I was able to get in touch with a customer service tech. He discovered that my notifications selection was in the off. I don't understand how some of these settings change and I'm not in the connections portion of my phone. Thank you for your questions. Best to everyone.

Yes it was. I called fitbit customer service and they found a setting in my phone that should have been on but wasn't. It worked several times and then it didn't. Hadn't gone into any of my android S9+ but it was still off. Operating well at this time. Thanks for checking in.Ricko1
