HELP!!!
I hope this message will be seen by Fitbit Tech Support.
Bought my Versa just this past December. Went swimming last week and now my versa is glitching and battery life is depleting rapidly. All three buttons work when pushed. Still receive notifications and emails/texts. I am not able to scroll through the different screens anymore or utilize the touch screen to clear messages. At random times, the Versa will randomly start glitching through the different apps. I have reset the Versa to factory settings and still not able to scroll through the programs. The battery life used to last 4 to 5 days and now will only hold a charge for 2. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

The exact same thing just happened to me a couple of days ago, so I came here looking for help! Hopefully we can get this fixed! It's driving me crazy!!
