Not able to see details of exercise

I am having issues seeing the information about exercises. 

On the main page I can see the exercise I did that day but when I click on it to see more information about previous exercises etc I am getting those loading circles which just go on and on with nothing happening. 

I've uninstalled and reinstalled the app but that hasn't helped.

Hi @WaltersS - have you tried logging out of the Fitbit App and restarting the phone.

 

If it is an Android phone, also clear the storage cache and force stop it, even if you reinstalled the Fitbit App.
