I can not set up my son's Versa. He had the older version of the Fitbit so we just deleted the older watch, we follow the instructions, my phone can see the watch in the Bluetooth but to sync it I need to go to the app and the app can't find it.
I bought it directly to Fitbit and I need to bring it to some kind of store that can troubleshoot it.

@Jczam I'm not understanding. You say your tracker needs to be setup, and will not sync.
Rye tracker needs to be setup before you will be able to sync the tracker.
With not knowing the phone type, you say that the phones Bluetooth has found it, if you where able to Connect the Versa through Bluetooth you will need to disconnect it, the app will not be able to find a device that is already trusted.
May I as if the Versa has been setup and shows as a device Connected to the Fitbit account?
