Not accurate calories shown during exersice

Hi!
I purchased my versa lite 2 weeks ago. It does not reflect the right calories burnt when I am exercising despite the heart rate and exersice zones being shown correctly.
I exersiced 80 mins today and this was shown in my exersice zone - but the calories only showed 200 calories - which is definitely not right for a high intensity crossfit style workout.

Has anyone solved this issued before? Please help.

Thanks!

Check that your weight is not set way too low - that would lead to low calorie burn.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.

Hi! Thanks for getting back to me 🙂

Yes - just checked - the weight it set correctly. And I think the calorie burn for everything else ie normal resting calorie burn and even walking calorie burn is right.
The only issue is when I am exersicing - it seems to register this calori burn - just like my resting calorie burn.

Example - only a day I was up at 9am - it says i have burnt 400 cals (which is fine bassed on resting BMR) - but it also shows 400 cals burnt if I wake up at 6am and do a high intensity worksout for 80 mins.

And its weird because it does track the change in heart rate when i look into the app - there are peaks between the workout times.

I just got the same problem today with my Versa Lite.  It was working fine but today it looks like I just sat and did nothing from 9am to 4pm.  I rode my bike twice and it recorded that fine and if I drill down to the details on that, it shows the calories burned but the total calorie count doesn't include it.  This is the first this has happened so I wonder if it's another problem with their firmware.

Just a follow up to my post yesterday.  At 9pm, the calorie read was only 1300 but when I checked the next day, the reading said it was 2000.  I didn't burn 700 calories in my sleep.  The graph still shows I did nothing from 9am to 4pm but I guess the internal mechanism kept track of the real count.
