Not all of my text messages come through my Versa

I get some texts on my versa but not all come through. I have a Samsung S8 phone. I notice especially that authentication texts from financial institutions etc do not show up on the Versa.  Any ideas? Are others having the same problem?

Hey @laurebabus, welcome aboard! Let me ask you this, are you getting phone call notifications, Facebook, Whatsapp, etc? If so, and only getting issues when receiving some text notifications, I suggest you to follow the normal troubleshooting in this help article: My Fitbit device isn't receiving notifications from my phone? and let me know if you are getting them after that.
