Not all phone apps showing on Fitbit app for notifications..

A couple days ago I went from a Fitbit Inspire HR to a Versa Lite and am confused as to why not all apps are showing to receive notifications. The strangest mix of apps are available to choose from (the only useful one being Messenger)

The app my sons school uses to contact parents is not there (Remind App) which is important, also Snapchat isn’t there, or even Facebook.

I have read and reread previous questions and answers which is mostly asking about NO options, where I have some syncing but not all. I have checked notification settings under each individual app and synced and restarted both watch and phone a dozen times. I have gone to the App Store and made sure everything was up to date and iOS is 15.5 and can’t be updated so… 🤷🏼‍:female_sign:🤷🏼‍:female_sign:🤷🏼‍:female_sign: I’m going crazy

Hi @iamsrah - this is an iOS issue, only apps receiving notifications appear in the list.

You may need to have a current phone notification for it to appear in the list for sure.

Show previews set to always may help.
