Not being able to move between screens fitbit versa lite

Hi, sometime when I tap my screen or press the button my fitbit doesn't respond, also if I try and move to notification tile (at top of fitbit) or swipe up for daily counts my fitbit doesn't respond. My app and fitbit are up to date, I've cleaned screen etc but still not working and ive tried to restart my fitbit. Does anyone have any suggestions what could be wrong. Thanks

That sound like some faulty hardware, maybe a bad screen. I would contact Fitbit directly...hopefully your device is still under warranty.

I am having the same problem. Just started doing it yesterday.

I finally got mine working. I had to shut it down and reboot. Hold the left button in for 10 seconds then release, it should automatically reboot.

I've done that on a number of occasions, works for wee while but then stops working again. Still waiting on reply from them.

My also quit working again. I did an online chat with them yesterday on Fitbit.com.  Mine was still under warranty so they replacing it.
