Not charging and died

My 3 month old Versa 2 just died in the charger. Can’t get it back on and can’t get it to charge.

Have a look at the suggestion posted here - it will help you work out the problem.

 

As its under warranty, if you can't get it working, probably best to contact Fitbit Support directly. They may be able to help you.
