Not compatible with Windows 8.1

Well I started with the Alta, then the Charge HR, now I have the Versa.  I ask myself why do I bother!

I have the Fitbit App on my iPad Air, my mini iPad and my Samsung S9 but I am unable to use any of these to add music playlists etc due to the fact that my Windows 8.1 computer (used for work) is deemed no longer compatible with Fitbit and that would appear to be the only way that it can be done.

Add to this the fact that the notifications are not working the Versa is a waste of time.

My husband liked the look of the Versa and I ordered him one too - but when it arrives I am now going to send it back.

Fitbit have had enough money out of me in the past and I think it is now time to look elsewhere.  What a waste of time for a pretty looking wristband!

I am not going to buy another computer just to get Fitbit to work.  Wake up Fitbit as customer service would appear to be at the bottom of your list!

Sorry to hear this @Syranara but not many companies including Microsoft  support win 8.1 any more. As of January 15, 2018 your operating system has been not supported by it's developer.

For the safety of the data on your computer, it really needs to be updated and the update to Win 10 is still free.
