Versa keep say it's not connected are then it's unable to perform a task because it's not connected but it is connected to the Internet because it's accurately tracking my steps at this very moment and my water and showing my my calendar updates as well as my text messages

@Mabe4922 thank you. So you receive notifications and your Versa syncs without issues (the stats get updated in the Fitbit mobile app)? You mentioned you're having a problem with some apps. Which app and what's the error message? Are you trying to install a clockface or app and receive an error message? This probably caused by Bluetooth connectivity issue. Please unpair (forget) your tracker from your phone Bluetooth devices and reboot both the phone and the tracker (press and hold the left and bottom right buttons until Fitbit logo appears).

@Mabe4922 it's not about internet connection but Bluetooth. Whats your phone model and OS? Also which Versa firmware version and Fitbit mobile app version are you running?

galaxy s9+ android 8.0 and fitbit app version 2.86 and Versa 32.33.1.30

Hi Marrmaduke,

You seem quite savvy on these matters so, here goes: If My Versa is synced w/my tablet Fitbit app via Bluetooth, does it mean it's also connected to the Net?

I'd like to download some clock faces and it needs internet...When I go to settings on the app to try again to connect to my router, it just tells me that my Versa is connected and asks whether I want to install a new type.

Also, I can't get my PC (Windows10) App to connect to either Bluetooth or Internet.  'cause?
