I've tried so many of the different suggestions on here but none of it works & I'm getting frustrated.
When I go into an exercise requiring GPS on the versa it continues to say "connecting" and doesn't connect at all. I've checked app permissions, location settings, restarted the phone, logged in and out of the app on the Samsung 9, checked location permissions both on the phone and on the versa. None of it fixes the issue of it not connecting.
Is there something technical wrong with the versa and I need to exchange it for a new one or is there something else I should be trying?

Will the Versa connect while the Fitbit app is open and in Frount?
If so then turn off battery management for the Fitbit app.
