Not connecting to new phone

I got a new phone and cant get it to connect to Bluetooth on it, what do I need to do I am new to the fit bit

When changing the phone @ANGIE1478.

If the old phone is around then turn it's Bluetooth off. 

On the new phone load the Fitbit app. 

Log into your Fitbit account. 

Approve any permissions requested 

The tracker should then sync. 

 

Just like when setting up the tracker everything is done through the Fitbit app, not the phones Bluetooth
