My phone Bluetooth does not recognize versa

I appreciate your participation in the Forums and sharing that your phone's Bluetooth does not recognize your Fitbit Versa. Fitbit trackers and watches use Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) technology to sync with phones, tablets, and certain computers. Syncing difficulty is usually caused by a missing requirement and I recommend following the complete troubleshooting steps from this help article: Why won't my Fitbit device sync?
