So I first dealt with the ridiculously high heart rate during my sleep as discussed in another topic, but this just in! Now my heart rate is absurdly LOW when I'm working out. For the past 3 days in a row, I have put my ALL into my cardio workouts. The machine says my HR is in the 190s, I check myself and it's easily 180s the entire time (30ish minutes). My versa? Every time It insists my HR is a solid 110-120. Not even in the cardio zone, barely the fat burn zone at times. It will occasionally spike up to the 180s for 30 seconds for so, then fall down again. The only time it is accurate is during my cool down! So my heart rate is 110 during the peak of my workout, then 180 during my cool down. This inaccuracy underestimates how my calories I've burned by a long shot.
I have 10 days left to ship this back for a refund, I've got the label printed and ready to go. I'm giving this 2 or 3 more workouts and if it's not improved I am returning. I can understand being a handful of beats off, or 50 calories off. But getting next to no credit for my workouts is just unacceptable.

It's great to see you in the Fitbit Community @Mali101. Sorry for the delayed response.
I'm sorry to hear that your Fitbit Versa doesn't seem to be recording your heart rate properly and that you are considering returning your device. Thank you for your feedback. There are some factors that can affect your readings. If you haven't done it already, please be so kind to visit this article under the section How do I improve the accuracy of my heart-rate reading?
If you consider it is still giving you inaccurate readings, please perform a restart to your watch by following these steps. In addition, you can go to your watch Settings > Heart rate, turn it off and back on.
If you have any question, please don't hesitate to contact us at any time.

Love how you just change the title of my post so it doesn't look like I am angry about this, and say to restart it. I did 60min of cardio today and it said my heart rate was 110 the entire time. So this is being returned. I was even thinking about buying a different model, but it looks like every model has a plethora of problems of their own that are not being acknowledged. Looks like I'll be without a tracker for a couple week while I look for another brand I like, but it's worth it.
