Not getting calls and sleep stage data with my Versa

Its irritating that call notification and sleep staging data works in bits n pieces.

Some times i receive call on my watch but many times it doesnt show only. Same with sleep data it just shows sleep patterns, staging data is not their. I m tired of reinstalling app n restarting my phone.

Can someone help me with a solution

Hi @sam26  What phone are you using? Is it on the Supported Devices List?

Try the suggestions in THIS Help Article on Troubleshooting Notifications.

Is your Heart Rate being recorded consistantly Through the night?  That is the main reason for Sleep Stages not showing

One Plus 6 is a Supported Device so should work. If you go through all the troubleshoots in the article I linked above and it still wont work for you Id suggest you contact Suppprt (link in my signature)
