Hi,
For the second week in a row I have participated in a challenge and have not received full credit for all of the steps that I did. This weekend I participated in the challenge and when I synced my Fitbit, I did not receive credit for 4000 steps, and therefore lost the challenge. I have went through the community and tried all of the troubleshooting tips. I did not add any steps manually. All of the participants are in the same time zone. I have uninstalled and reinstalled. I have logged out log back in. I have turned on and off my Bluetooth. I have force stopped the app as well. All of these to no avail. I took screen shots of what took place.
