Hi, my Fitbit versa does not receive notifications from my iPhone XS Max, all notifications are turned on and Bluetooth is working. Please help, tried resetting and reconnected Bluetooth, still no luck.

One more place to check. Press and hold the left button for a few seconds. This should bring up a menu for screen wake and notifications. Make sure notifications is turned on here.

Hey @MajellaMiller, welcome aboard! If you are not getting notifications from your iPhone XS Max on your Versa, then I suggest you to take a look at the troubleshooting in this help article: My Fitbit device isn't receiving notifications from my phone, and let me know how it goes!
