I was excited to get the Versa. Sorry to say, not so much anymore. I am actually returning it I believe. It will not stay paired with my IPhone 8. I pair it, exit Bluetooth, immediately go back in and it shows "not connected". It syncs all day with no issues but I have not been able to get text, calendar, or call notifications. I have tried every step that has been recommended in this forum and it just doesn't work.
I had a Garmin tracker before the Versa and had no issues so it isn't the user. Seems FB needs to work out some kinks in the software, trackers as simple as the FB should NOT be this complicated.

@LEG76 Welcome! Thanks for being part of our Community! This is odd, usually iOS/Apple devices are quite friendly with Fitbit trackers and watches. If you still have your Versa then I suggest you try refreshing the link between your phone and your Versa by following the steps in this post. This usually helps resolve this type of issue.
