Hello, I have the newest updated version on my fitbit versa but I'm still not getting any text messages thru my versa I'm hopin to get text messages from my phone to my fibit soon cuz its very handy for me!

Are you getting any other notifications (phone, email)? If everything is out, try press and hold the left button until you see a notifications tile and make sure notifications is turned on.

 

If it is only text that is missing, go to the phone app and tap on the upper right corner (icon looks like a document) and then tap the Versa tile. scroll down to the 'General' section and tap on notifications. From here make sure Text Message default is the app you want. If you have multiple text apps, tap on the App Notifications and scroll down and find the text apps and make sure they are turned on.

@Aboscia10 are you able to receive other notifications? Also what phone and operating system are you using?

I did all that n I still dont have texts coming thru I know my phone is
compatible but maybe it a bug or somethin in the program? I want the
texting feature back!

I'm using a Samsung Galaxy s9+ n android n I checked on the list n my phone
is compatible but idk if it's a bug in the software or I need to best buy
or somethin? to have them help me fix it do I can get texting back?
