My Versa isnt receiving text messages from my Galaxy S9. I do get the text message alert but when I go to open the message its empty. I do get messages from Facebook Messenger.

@MsDeeDe You need to go to your messaging app settings and enable Preview on the screen. It's probably disabled, so the text of the message is not being displayed in the Notification Centre on the screen and Versa cannot see it.

@wallydolly you don't receive notifications on your Versa or you cannot see the notification text? Are you also on Samsung?

@joverby @wallydolly Welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm sorry to hear that your Versa trackers are not getting notifications. Please make sure that your phones have the most recent app version installed. If the app is up to date, please restart your trackers as described in this help article. After this, turn off the notifications and turn them back on and see if your Versa trackers receive notifications properly.
