Not getting text or phone call notifications, can't get to 'my account'

I've restarted Versa. With new dashboard I can't get to 'my account'. can't re-sync.

Hi @Rheedog , on first sight the new dashboard does not looks as an improvement, but once you get the hang of it, it's better than the old one. Almost on top of the screen your see a bar that says "Today" in the middle, a back arrow on the left side and "edit" om the right side. Tap and hold that bar and slide slowly down untill it says "release it to renew". The bar should show on the left side the watch icon, press that and you'll get the page with the tiles and all the other options inclusing syncing. Regarding your account, on top of the screen on the left side you'll should see your profile picture, press that and you will got to your account. I have to admit that the sliding movement needs some practice, certainly on the display of a phone.

What you also can do, to work easier with the new dashboard, is to install the Fitbit app on your tablet, if you have one. I have Fitbit only installed on my Samsung Galaxy Tab S3 since a long time. just find this easier and saves my phones battery.
