Hello!
I bought the Versa Special Edition and just started to use it two days ago. I wanted to download the Spotify app, but I need to update my phone and Fitbit to the latest version. It appears that there isn't any way to prompt or force an update other than just leaving syncing on.
I already have:
- syncing enabled
- my device charged/docked
- my device connected to wifi/bluetooth
If I'm right, v32.68.9.15 is the latest firmware available, and that it should've rolled out to all devices ~10/30/19, how can I update my Versa?

I'm having the same issue. The support person says that it's because it's not out yet - however these forums clearly say it is!

I am having the same issue with my Versa. I have even tried checking for an update through the app and it says I have the current version which is clearly not true.
