Hello. I've been using Fitbit ever since it came out.
Just bought the Versa 3 about 2-3 weeks ago and it's hit or miss with giving a readiness score, sleep score or health metrics. I take it off to charge or while in the morning shower, otherwise it's on my wrist.
Starting to get miffed because of the money spent on it and it's not doing what it should.
What's the problem??

I’ve also experienced this problem. For three days it’s failed to record spo2 and hrv on my versa 3 prior to that it was working fine I’ve had it for a few weeks. I also have been unable to fix this issue.

I'm wondering if falling below a certain percentage has anything to do with it. Like if the watch falls below 30% it won't track. I don't know. If that doesn't work I'm going to try and reset it.
And if THAT doesn't work then I'll call customer service.
This shouldn't happen for something that promises everything but doesn't deliver.
So, I'm sad you're experiencing these things too 😔.

I am having the same problem. This is my second Fitbit Versa 3. The first one had a “stuck on the logo” iissue that they could never resolve. This new one worked fine for a week and now it has this problem. If you research it, there are a lot of complaints about this issue. When Fitbit works, it’s great. But there are too many flaws. I am returning.

I agree. I'm also having this problem as of recently and I've been using the same Fitbit for years. I have done a factory reset and that did not work. At thus point it's almost pointless to wear it because it's literally only tracking my steps 🤦:female_sign:

I still have not had a reply to this help and after three months my Fitbit only shows a simplified sleep score

I have the same problem. I remain a Premium user, but Daily Readiness and Health Metrics stopped working a few weeks ago 😒
