I am disappointed with the product

Same. A few months ago the side button stopped responding. I was able to continue using the watch with the touchscreen, but yesterday that stopped responding, too. Conveniently 2 months after 1 year warranty ended. This is my 3rd (and likely final) Fitbit adventure. I want the metrics it can provide, but I'm not willing to buy a new one every year while also paying for "premium". Very disappointed.

same.  i can't remember how long ive had it but just one day i woke up and the face was detached.

After 2 years and 1 month, the face of the watch came off...of course after the warranty expires...what a coincidence!  This was a third Fitbit  product we've had and will be the last!  the others had issues immediately following the expiry of the warranty!  extremely disappointed and will make sure I let my social circle know what a poorly made product Fitbit is...
