Not impressed with customer "support"

I've spent hours and hours for the last 3 days trying to figure out simple solutions to things that shouldn't even be problems. I finally contacted the chat support and the man answered every question that wasn't the one I was asking. Finally, after realizing he wasn't helping me, he went radio silent. After 12 minutes of me texting "hello? Are you there?" I ended the chat, which is what I'm sure his goal was. I then called and after 3 minutes of hold music, again it went radio silent. I'm still connected 10 minutes later, but it's dead air.

All I'm trying to figure out is how to add the custom exercise I created on the site as a shortcut on my device!

Hi @FitnessWarrior2 You can create a custom exercise in the app as you say you have done, but you can't make it a shortcut on your Watch. The only way around it is to use the 'Workout'  Exercise Shortcut and then once the activity is complete you can change the name from 'Workout' to the exercise you have createdin the App. You need to do this each time if it is important to you to have the exercis named  correctly.

Sheesh. Thank you so much! I feel like that 2 second answer would have been nice from the customer support chat. Anyway, I feel like that's just nonsense. They should create a feature that lets you do that. Do you know if there's an area we can request that? Based on my experience so far though, not sure they'd care much. I'm sorry. I don't mean to be so negative. I've just been having nothing but trouble with this and no one to help me and for the price and popularity it is just frustrating. But I do highly appreciate you reaching out and helping me! It means a lot! Thank you!
