My versa stopped working even though I knew the battery was charged, no sign of life even when put on charge so I restarted it and now the clock works but it isn’t reading any steps heart rate or stairs the green lights that usually show on the back are no longer on.

Welcome to the Fitbit Community @Cazzz.

I appreciate your participation in the Forums and sharing the details of the issue you've experienced with your Fitbit Versa screen. Thank you for your efforts to resolve the issue, I understand that you can see the clock face but your device is not tracking your activity or showing the green lights on the back. Since the issue persists after doing a restart, I recommend trying to change the clock face, switch to a Fitbit clock face if you're using a third party clock face: How do I change the clock face on my Fitbit device?

If the issue still persists, I recommend doing a factory reset. Please note that you'll need to reinstall any apps on your device after the reset, and if you couldn’t sync your device, then any data on the Fitbit device will be lost. In order to do the factory reset, please follow the steps from this help article: How do I erase my Fitbit device?

Let me know how it goes, I'll be around!
