Not reading my heart rate.

This is my 4th Fitbit in 2 1/2 years. My first two blazes died on me in the first 13 months. My 3rd blaze worked fine but I noticed it’s battery life declining. So I purchased the Versa. It has been great but I’ve noticed on several occasions that it doesn’t read my heart rate during periods of time. This in turn doesn’t recognize on the app when I’m walking or moving so it thinks I’m stationary for the periods of time it’s not reading my heart rate. It also doesn’t calculate my calorie burn properly. I’ve called yesterday and today. I did a reset of the versa today and now it is working again. However, I’m getting pretty tired of the horrible craftsmanship of the watches and though customer service is ok, it’s frustrating because I have to try so many things before they deem the watch is crapped out. Anyone else have this issue? My versa is about 5 months old.
