Not receive weekly update since 09/23

I have looked at all options, checked spam and all folders. Versa is fully up to date as is the app but I am not receiving my weekly update please help!!!!

Let me help you with your missing weekly reports and thank you for checking the span and junk folders. Have you received other emails from Fitbit (offers, news, etc.)? Check the email address used on your account and also the spam filter settings on your email service.You could try changing the email address and see if you get them on the new one too.
