I have had an email off fitbit to say my account has been compromised and I need to request a new password - which I have done on several occasions - but I have never had the responding email. Consequently I cannot log in to fitbit on my tracker, so I cannot see my dashboard. My tracker is still tracking activity.

I appreciate your participation in the Forums and sharing the difficulty you're experiencing with logging into your Fitbit account as you're not receiving an email with the password reset. I appreciate your efforts to resolve this. Upon checking with our Support team, I was told that you have already contacted them. I know they will be glad to help you out and provide you a solution, please keep working with them.
