Not receiving bedtime reminders on Versa Lite

When I receive a Fitbit bedtime reminder on my iPhone it does not go to my Fitbit. I know I did turn on notifications for fitbit but the bedtime reminder is the only notification I won’t receive. Sleep mode is scheduled a half an hour after the reminder goes to my phone. Some information: I use an iPhone 8 and a Fitbit versa lite. Please help this reach moderators and support so my issue can be fixed. Thanks!

Thanks for bringing this to our attention and for the details that were shared. To better assist you with this, can you please let me know when was the first time you experienced this issue and how many times since then? In the meantime I receive your answers, please restart your Versa Lite and try the following steps:

  1. Force quit the Fitbit app.
  2. Uninstall the app from your mobile device.
  3. Make sure that the OS version of your phone is up to date.
  4. Reboot your mobile device.
  5. Reinstall the Fitbit app.
  6. Login using your account credentials.

Let me know if the issue persists.
