Hi I am not receiving notifications from my phone onto my Versa. I have tried uninstalling app. Disconnecting from Bluetooth. Restarting phone.
A message keeps coming up to restart my phone and still nothing.
Please help.

Sure @Jacq2708 you mention phone but I don't see what phone model.
Have you checked the help docs?

Have you had any Fitbit app update?
When this happens to me I remove the Fitbit app, reboot the phone, and install fresh.
