Not receiving notifications from my phone onto my versa

Hi I am not receiving notifications from my phone onto my Versa. I have tried uninstalling app. Disconnecting from Bluetooth. Restarting phone. 

A message keeps coming up to restart my phone and still nothing. 

Please help.

Hi. The notifications have been working fine from November last year when I Got The versa. My phone had an update last week and the problem occurred then. My phone is Nokia can't remember model number.

Have you had any Fitbit app update? 

When this happens to me I remove the Fitbit app, reboot the phone, and install fresh.
